KARACHI: President PTI Javed Hashmi has said that students are the real force behind the PTI Tsunami against the corrupt regime. He was addressing to the office-bearers of Insaf Students Federation (ISF) Karachi at Palwal House. Hashmi said that our country has been ruled by status quo parties which brought no betterment for the country and people now; it’s only PTI that gives Pakistan a hope for the positive change. Now, Imran Khan has united us on one platform so it’s the responsibility of students to be agent of change and spread political awareness, he added.

Hashmi said ‘every student is a Baghi from inside in this age and we need to capitalize that energy for a positive change in Pakistan. Javed Hashmi appreciates the active role of youth in national politics. He said that ISF has mobilized the students all over Pakistan a very short period of time which no student organization has done recently, he a especially applauded the presence and participation of females in ISF. President PTI said that encouraging ISF’s activities; Javed Hashmi appreciates its role in Karachi and Sindh and advised students to continue their participation. He advised ISF to organize and actively take part in the upcoming membership drive and put their efforts to bring a democratic change in Pakistan.

Earlier, President ISF Karachi Arsalan Ghumman said that Javed Hashmi is the best role model for the students in politics. Javed Hashmi has always stood against the dictatorial mindset and corrupt regimes, he added.

President ISF Sindh Alamgir Khan Mehsud paid tribute to the political career and honesty of Javed Hashmi and asked him to guide students in the light of his vast experience of politics.

PTI Central Vice President Najeeb Haroon, PTI Sindh Gen Sec Syed Hafeezuddin, ISF Karachi Gen Sec Umair Ahmed and others also addressed at the event.
